In the framework of the TREE 2010 Project eclareon experts gave a number of lectures to participants consisting of national experts from governmental administrations and other public authorities, parliamentary administrations, industry associations, financing institutions, law firms and NGOs responsible for renewable energy and energy efficiency legislation from the TREE target countries. www.tree-project.de
