RES LEGAL
On behalf of the German Federal Ministry of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety eclareon developed in close collaboration with the law firm Geisser & von Oppen and the sunbeam GmbH the RES-LEGAL database, which analyses the most important legislation on the support schemes for electricity from renewable sources and grid issues within the EU 27. eclareon is also continuously updating the database. www.res-legal.eu

PV LEGAL
In this project supported by the European Commission, we analysed administrative processes and barriers concerning the planning and installation of PV systems, in collaboration with 12 national PV industry associations. We were responsible for the design of the PV Legal Database, comparing the administrative procedures in these countries. In addition, eclareon supports the 12 industrial associations in the drafting of detailed position papers for the improvement of the authorisation procedures in the respective countries. www.pvlegal.eu

dena-Subsidy Overview Photovoltaic Europe
eclareon in collaboration with and on behalf of the German Energy-Agency has developed and is continuously updating the Subsidy Overview Photovoltaic Europe, which contains in-depth information about national and regional support schemes for PV in all 27 EU Member States as well as other selected European countries.
In addition, eclareon in collaboration with and on behalf of the German Energy-Agency also developed and updated the dena-Subsidy Overview on Renewable Heat.
