PV LEGAL

In this project supported by the European Commission, we analysed administrative processes and barriers concerning the planning and installation of PV systems, in collaboration with 12 national PV industry associations. We were responsible for the design of the PV Legal Database, comparing the administrative procedures in these countries. In addition, eclareon supports the 12 industrial associations in the drafting of detailed position papers for the improvement of the authorisation procedures in the respective countries.
